KordMap.comUnofficial field index

About the project

A field guide built around evidence, not borrowed certainty.

KordMap helps players turn scattered KORD BREACH document reports into a readable, source-linked search plan.

Mission

Make useful uncertainty visible.

Community map guides often compress a complicated report into a confident-looking pin. KordMap takes the opposite approach: a marker describes the area it can support, names the relevant document category and links to the evidence used to publish it.

Locations with incomplete research remain visible, but they are labelled as research rather than padded with guessed coordinates. That makes the guide smaller at launch and more honest to use.

What it is

A research layer for planning a raid.

  • A fast way to match locations with needed document categories.
  • A collection of concise area reports with direct source links.
  • A transparent distinction between published previews and unfinished research.
  • An original interface and data structure designed for desktop, mobile and keyboard use.

What it is not

Not official, live or exhaustive.

  • Not affiliated with or endorsed by Battlestate Games.
  • Not a live loot tracker, game client integration or guarantee of an item spawn.
  • Not a mirror of either community reference site.
  • Not a substitute for patch notes, in-game instructions or your own verification.

Independence & rights

Original presentation, attributed research.

KordMap uses original code, interface components, icons, editorial copy and research structure. The Labyrinth and Icebreaker diagrams are also original. Ten location pages use locally hosted community map artwork from the-hideout/tarkov-dev-svg-maps under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0; every licensed map carries a visible source and license credit.

Other reference-site screenshots, fonts, source code and bulk location databases are not reproduced here. Third-party reporting is paraphrased only where it supports a clearly cited area report. KordMap’s area markers are separate from the licensed base artwork.

Escape from Tarkov, KORD BREACH and related names and marks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance identifies the subject of this guide and does not imply sponsorship.
